Acceptance of user agreement & privacy policies

Users of Skilleto are required to accept the user agreement and privacy policy upon first login or when there are changes to the user agreement/ privacy policy,

Enhancements to course management

Course fee price bundles will need to be tagged to be displayed in the summary view in the marketplace. Custom sections created in each course will be propagated to the subsequent course runs created as well.

Bug fixes are included in these releases.
