Skilleto SOA feature will be inaccessible starting 1 Feb 2021

Please be informed that SkillsFuture Singapore is terminating their SOA API (non-consent-based) starting from 1 Feb 2021. This SOA feature will therefore not be available in Skilleto from 1 Feb 2021.
