New bill line item and bill line item modifier types introduced during bill creation: SSG funding and Discount.
New purchasable bundle type
New purchasable bundle type introduced during purchasable bundle creation: Discount.
Enhancements to finance reports
New column added to reflect the total amount for bill line item and bill line item modifiers tagged as SSG funding.
In order to achieve this, TP needs to follow the following steps:
Below are the sample screenshots of when creating the bill for the trainee:
1. When creating the bill for each trainee, please follow the below steps:
Trainee > Create Individual Bill or Create Corporate Bill > From Bundle Purchase> Billing Items > Line Item (Course Fee) >
2. You can click the Course fee's pencil icon to add the SSG funding amount.
3. In Course Fee's Edit line item page, you can click "Add line item modifier".
4. It will show "SSG Grant" or "Discount" or "Others" and please choose SSG Grant option.
5. In SSG Grant calculator option page, TP can select which line item modifier for the fund scheme they would like to use.
(You will notice that the third option is a combination of the 1st and second options.)
6. SSG funding amount will be reflected in "Bill Total SSG funding" column of all finance reports - "Bills and outstanding payments report", "Bills & payments report", "Bills & refunds report" and "Bills & waivers report".
7. Please be advised that TP needs to use the correct option (Please select from the choices below)
Option A: Bill line item type - "SSG funding"
- In update bill page, select "Add bill line item"
- In Edit line item page, select Item type as "SSG funding"
Option B: Bill line item modifier type - "SSG funding"
- In update bill page, select the line item for Course fee
- In Edit line item page, select Item type as "Add line item modifier"
- Select "SSG grant" option to open the Grant Calculator feature
- Note: Please refer to items 2-4 above
Enhancements to bill creation using Grant Calculator
During bill creation, multiple funding schemes from Grant Calculator can be used in a single line item modifer.
Bug fixes are included in these releases.
