Can I refund bills in Skilleto?

Yes, Skilleto allows the refund of bills for documentation. However, the act of refunding payment takes place offline between the TP and learner:

1. Select course run

2. Select learner for refund of bill

3. Select Bill & payments

4. Select the relevant bill

5. Select Refund bill

6. Input in the necessary details

7. Select Save refund to save your changes
